The Raiden Shogun is a 5-star Electro Polearm character who serves as an energy battery, off-field E-skill support, and devastating Burst DPS. She is the core of the "National" team archetype and one of the most versatile characters in the game.
Standard 5-hit polearm combo. You will never use normal attacks outside of her Burst state. Level only if you have spare resources.
Summons the Eye of Stormy Judgment for 25s. When party members hit enemies, the Eye deals coordinated Electro damage. Increases party Burst DMG by 0.3% per 1 energy cost (max ~24% for 80-cost bursts).
Deals massive AoE Electro damage, then enters Musou Isshin state for 7s — fast Electro-infused sword attacks. Regenerates 2.5 energy per hit (max 25 total for party). Resolve stacks boost Burst damage.
Enlightened One (A4): Each 1% above 100% ER gives 0.6% bonus Electro DMG + 0.4% energy regen from Musou Isshin. Build ER!
Gain Resolve faster. Minor improvement.

ER% + CRIT%. Decent stat stick.
ATK% + Burst DMG from team energy. Strong in high-cost teams.
