Neuvillette is a 5-star Hydro Catalyst Main DPS who fires a charged-attack water beam that deals continuous massive Hydro damage. He is widely considered the best C0 carry in the game — self-sufficient, high HP, and self-healing.

Strengths: Highest sustained DPS at C0; self-healing (40% HP per Sourcewater Droplet); range advantage; easy to play; uses Marechaussee Hunter (free 36% CRIT); versatile team options
Weaknesses: Reliant on interruption resistance (shield needed); long charge time; only hits one target with CA (unless C1); needs 3 different reactions to max A1 passive
Best Role: Hypercarry main DPS in rainbow reaction teams or Hyperbloom
