Capitano is a 5-star Pyro Polearm Main DPS who excels in Vaporize reaction teams. She sacrifices HP to gain massive ATK bonuses during her Elemental Skill, then unleashes devastating Charged Attack combos.
6-hit polearm combo. Most of Capitano's damage comes from Charge Attacks during her E-skill. The normal attack string is rarely used fully — instead, N1C (1 Normal + 1 Charged) is the optimal combo pattern.
Consumes 30% of current HP to enter the Paramita Papilio state. Converts ATK based on Max HP (4% of Max HP → ATK, capped at 400% of base ATK). Infuses attacks with Pyro. Duration: 9s, Cooldown: 16s.
Deals massive AoE Pyro damage. Heals if hitting enemies — heal scales with number of enemies hit and Capitano's current HP%. If HP ≤ 50%, both damage and healing are increased.
Flutter By (A1): When Paramita Papilio ends, team CRIT Rate +12% for 8s.
Sanguine Rouge (A4): When HP ≤ 50%, Pyro DMG +33%.
The More the Merrier: 25% chance to double-cook a dish (perfectly cooked).
While in Paramita Papilio state, Charged Attacks do not consume Stamina. Game-changing quality-of-life upgrade. Less stamina = more Charged Attacks = more damage.
★ Highly RecommendedBlood Blossom damage is increased by 10% of Capitano's Max HP. Also increases the Blood Blossom DoT effect. Minor damage increase.

★ Whale-Tier Power Spike💡 Recommendation: C1 is the recommended stopping point for most players. C1 + Homa is the best "power per primogem" investment. C6 is for whales. C2-C5 are not worth pulling for specifically — only if you're going for C6.
CRIT DMG% substat. HP +20%. ATK +0.8% Max HP as bonus ATK (1.2% when HP<50%). BiS by a wide margin. The HP-scaling synergizes perfectly with Capitano's mechanics.
EM substat. +36% DMG against enemies affected by Pyro/Hydro. Best F2P weapon. At R5, roughly 92-95% of Homa performance in Vaporize teams.
CRIT Rate substat. ATK stacking on hit. Strong alternative — performs well but lacks HP synergy. Good stat stick.
CRIT Rate substat. ATK + DMG% depending on enemy count. Solid 4-star option. Stats are consistent but lower ceiling than Alternative in Vape teams.
EM substat (120 at R5). Passive requires 3 different elements to activate (easy in Vape teams). Strong 4-star alternative in reaction teams.
BiS for Vaporize teams. 15% Pyro DMG + 40% Vaporize/Melt DMG + stacking 7.5% Pyro DMG. Best in all Vape team comps. The 40% reaction bonus is irreplaceable for Capitano.
Sands: HP% (EM if using Alternative) · Goblet: Pyro DMG% · Circlet: CRIT Rate/DMG · Subs: CRIT > EM > HP% > ATK%
Best in Furina teams. 15% Normal/Charged DMG + 36% CRIT Rate when HP changes (Furina's HP drain triggers this). Very competitive with Crimson Witch in Furina comps.
Good placeholder while farming for 4pc sets. Use 2pc Tenacity (HP%) or 2pc Gladiator/Shimenawa (ATK%) to fill. About 10-15% less damage than 4pc sets.
